Background

Match, previously known as Concourse, was acquired by EAB for its unique ability to empower students to apply to multiple colleges with ease. However, gaps in the user experience presented opportunities for significant improvement.

Goal

Streamline and enhance the student college application process by conducting user interviews, identifying pain points, and implementing targeted improvements based on feedback.


Research

Recruited existing Match users to uncover their challenges and gather insights into how their experience could be improved. Organized and synthesized findings in Dovetail, enabling clear communication of key takeaways to stakeholders for action.
